As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you order several goods that are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Edgemobility) of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period ends.
Consequences of withdrawal: we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us of your withdrawal, to the return address we give you (not the sender address on the parcel). You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. Installing a product in your vehicle, connecting it to the vehicle’s wiring or fitting sensors to tyres goes beyond such checking and may reduce its value.
